Who we are...
Thank you for visiting our page! We are three guys who have been friends that brew beer together for years. One day we decided to go pro and open a brewery. After kicking the idea around for a few years (while brewing some great beer) we finally made it happen. We all love our small town and want to see it grow so Central City was the obvious choice. You will find that we have many different styles of our craft beer served in our taproom. Look around and you will notice the theme of threes all over the brewery. We brew new beers almost every month with special releases announced on our social media pages. Our pizzas are wood fired, brick oven, artisan style with homemade dough and sauces. Pizza and beer, what a combo! Come visit us in downtown Central City in one of the oldest buildings in town. While you are here, you will find some great places to visit, stop by and check it out.
Great Beer & Pizza
You will always have something new when you come to visit. Our wood-fired brick oven pizzas change about once a month and the beers almost every week. Come check it out. We are always trying new recipes. Don't worry, we do have some that stick around. You will always have a selection of styles of beer and you can always build your own pizza with many ingredients available. In the Summer, we do offer more option of fresh local ingredients.
